Biography
Will is a Senior Manager of FP&A at Mainsail Partners, where he works with portfolio companies to help strengthen their FP&A functions, build KPI rigor, and empower data-driven decisions.
Before joining Mainsail, Will spent several years at the intersection of finance and analytics in SaaS-focused roles. At Zendesk, he was part of the Strategic Finance and Analytics team, where he owned ARR and NRR forecasting and built models to support top-line revenue analysis. Prior to that, he was at CrossCountry Consulting, advising PE-backed B2B SaaS companies on financial transformation and FP&A strategy. He began his career at PwC in the private equity practice, specializing in data analytics and process automation.
Will graduated from Tulane University with a BS in Finance and a Master's in Accountancy. While at Tulane, he co-founded and served as President of the university's chapter of Food Recovery Network.
Outside of Mainsail
Outside of Mainsail, Will enjoys triathlons, camping, traveling, and spending time outdoors with his daughter.
