Mainsail’s Leadership Acceleration Program (LEAP) identifies those we find to be high-potential team members from across the firm’s portfolio and invites them to participate in cross-functional leadership development, with customized paths for managers and executives. During the program, attendees participate in group meetings, get 1:1 coaching and explore real-world case studies. Upon completion, LEAP graduates are better equipped to navigate growing companies and take on greater functional responsibility.

LEAP is re-imagining the way we train
people managers
With the goal of helping build better people managers who have the tools they need to succeed, this 10-week training sprint includes a 360 assessment, group coursework, peer group learning, executive mentorship and access to a proprietary library of leadership content.

Development Training
This program was designed to accelerate the leadership journey for those we find to be high potential VP and C-suite executives. Over a period of eight months, participants complete leadership assessments, work 1:1 with a dedicated executive coach, participate in monthly cross-functional group coursework, observe board meetings and participate in interactive case studies. At the conclusion of the formal curriculum, there is a live celebratory event.
