Biography
Tara is the Director of Administration, responsible for overseeing administrative operations and leading key initiatives to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
Before joining Mainsail, Tara spent 13 years at Lincoln International, where she supported the CEO and played a significant role in administrative leadership across the organization. She also led operational projects, including office expansions, managing the corporate travel program, and firmwide process standardization.
Tara graduated from Texas A&M University.
Outside of Mainsail
Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and being outdoors. She also loves to travel, discover new restaurants, attend concerts, and cheer on her favorite teams (the Aggies and Chicago sports teams).
