Sunny joined Mainsail in 2022 and works closely with the Finance Team in creating and maintaining the management company budget, performing quarterly portfolio company valuations, managing fundraising efforts, investor reporting, cross-portfolio analytics, funds flow documents, and other financial analyses to support strategic decision making.
Prior to Mainsail, Sunny worked at Sonic Healthcare as part of the Corporate Finance team. At Sonic, he worked on company-wide and internal budgeting, variance analysis for multiple departments, daily reporting to C-Suite, and various other ad-hoc measures. Prior to Sonic, Sunny spent a few years in the audit practice at Deloitte.
Sunny graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting and Master’s in Professional Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Sunny enjoys playing sports with friends, spending time with family, trying new restaurants, and traveling the world.
