Biography
Nick is the Head of AI Innovation at Mainsail Partners, where he leads Mainsail AI Labs and works closely with portfolio companies to support their technology strategy, product development, and the application of AI to help drive innovation and efficiency.
Nick began working with a Mainsail portfolio company, Boostlingo, as a technical advisor in 2024 before joining Mainsail in 2025. Prior to that, he co-founded ResMan, a property management software platform, where he held several technical leadership roles, including CTO. During his time at ResMan, he helped take the product to market, led the company’s technology and product organizations, and oversaw technical strategy, innovation, and integrations with the broader PropTech ecosystem. Following Mainsail’s investment in ResMan in 2017, Nick continued to lead ResMan’s technology efforts through a period of growth and several acquisitions. After ResMan was acquired by Inhabit IQ in 2021, Nick focused on integrating the platform into Inhabit IQ’s ecosystem and later served as CTO of Anyone Home, a contact center provider in the property management space. Most recently, he has focused on building AI-enabled products across a variety of software platforms and will bring that experience to Mainsail portfolio companies.
Nick received a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine.
Outside of Mainsail
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids travelling and doing all sorts of outdoor activities. In the summer, they can usually be found wake surfing on the lake, and in the winter, they hit the slopes to snowboard.
