Biography
Marie St. Claire is a Talent Director at Mainsail Partners. She works closely with the Head of Talent and Talent Team to build leadership teams (C-suite and Board-level executives) for Mainsail’s portfolio companies.
Before joining Mainsail, Marie was a Senior Associate at Spencer Stuart, a leading global executive search firm, in the Technology & Media Practice. There, she focused on recruiting CEOs and other C-level leaders for both private equity–backed and public B2B technology companies. She began her executive search career at The Oxbridge Group, placing investment professionals in middle-market private equity firms, and started her professional journey at Vettery, a high growth tech start-up.
Marie graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. in Psychology where she was involved in student government and admissions.
Outside of Mainsail
Marie enjoys travelling, searching for the best coffee in San Francisco, cold plunging, and spending most of her time outdoors (preferably in the sun).
