Biography
Kyle is a Product Executive-in-Residence at Mainsail Partners, where he works with founders and product leaders to navigate the full product arc from early-stage product-market fit through platform maturity, applying AI-driven product development, roadmap strategy, and the platform decisions that define category leaders.
Most recently, Kyle served as Senior Director of Product at Eventbrite, a global ticketing marketplace. For more than six years, he led product across marketplace growth, checkout and storefront performance, payments and refunds, customer insights, and continuous innovation through AI-driven products and internal processes. In 2024 and 2025, his teams were responsible for over $3 billion in annual marketplace transactions.
Prior to Eventbrite, Kyle held product leadership roles at Built Technologies, an AI-powered construction lending platform, where he led the launch of new business lines at the intersection of construction finance, fintech, and complex workflow systems. Earlier in his career, he led product strategy for a B2B financial LMS, driving platform transformation, subscription growth, and cross-functional alignment across large, matrixed organizations.
Kyle brings 15 years of product experience spanning B2B SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, and consumer software, with a consistent focus on translating customer needs and operational complexity into strategies that scale.

Kyle enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and kids in a tent, on the trail, or in the water.
