Biography
Kaitlin joined Mainsail Partners in 2024 and is responsible for managing and performing duties for the accounting and financial reporting of Mainsail’s management company.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Kaitlin was the Controller at Treville Credit Company where she managed the accounting and reporting for Treville’s investment funds. Previously, Kaitlin served as the Assistant Controller for Pennybacker Capital, an Austin-based private equity firm focused on real estate and subordinate debt markets. She also worked as a Global Compliance and Reporting Senior at Ernst & Young and began her career as a Tax Associate at BDO.
Kaitlin graduated Summa Cum Laude from Old Dominion University, where she studied Accounting and Business Analytics. Additionally, she was a recipient of the Kaufman Award, ODU’s highest honor, for her exceptional and constructive influence on the university and its community by demonstrating the highest qualities of leadership and service.

Outside of Mainsail, Kaitlin enjoys going to music festivals, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
