Jorge is an AI Software Engineer at Mainsail Partners. He has more than 10 years of experience designing and delivering scalable full-stack applications. He specializes in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, REST and GraphQL APIs, and cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure. He also has hands-on experience integrating Generative AI capabilities, including document ingestion, embeddings, semantic search, prompt engineering, and agent-based workflows.
Throughout his career, Jorge has led engineering teams, mentored developers, and collaborated with clients and cross-functional stakeholders to transform complex business needs into reliable technical solutions.
