Biography
Johny Wudel is a CTO-in-Residence at Mainsail Partners, where he partners with portfolio CTOs, CPOs, and CEOs to help shape high-performing product and engineering organizations through AI-driven transformation and operational excellence. Johny is a seasoned operator, having led product, customer experience, and go-to-market teams at SaaS companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at JobNimbus, a Mainsail portfolio company, where he oversaw Product, Customer Experience, and Roofer Marketers, an acquired marketing services business.
Prior to JobNimbus, Johny led Product at Weave, which IPO’d in 2021. He has held leadership roles across product and customer success at multiple growth-stage startups and previously ran a small business that shipped products to over 90 countries.
Johny holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
He lives in the Salt Lake City area with his wife, four kids and their dog. He enjoys triathlons and spending time in the mountains—biking, running, and backpacking.
