Jaclyn is a Senior Growth Manager at Mainsail Partners. She helps create value for Mainsail’s portfolio companies through go-to-market strategy development and execution, among other operational initiatives.
Jaclyn recently spent six months working for MirrorWeb, one of Mainsail's portfolio companies, focusing on revenue operations. Prior to joining Mainsail, Jaclyn worked as a Strategy Manager at Adobe, where she collaborated cross-functionally with go-to-market and customer success stakeholders to define and implement strategic initiatives. Before Adobe, Jaclyn was a consultant at West Monroe Partners, supporting operational transformation and M&A projects.
Jaclyn graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University with concentrations in Economics and Finance and received her Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University.

Jaclyn spends her free time running, hiking/backpacking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys exploring California’s outdoors and loves spending time at the beach.
