Henry is an Associate at Mainsail Partners. He is responsible for sourcing, executing and supporting new investments.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Henry was an Investment Banker at Guggenheim Partners in New York City. While at Guggenheim Partners, Henry worked in the Private Equity Advisory group, advising on M&A and capital raising transactions in the financial technology and IT services sectors. Previously, he was an Associate at PwC in the Deals group, where he advised on capital markets transaction-related financial reporting and other accounting considerations.
Henry graduated from Wake Forest University, where he earned a B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Accountancy with a concentration in Financial Transaction Services from the Wake Forest University School of Business.

Henry can be found running, skiing, listening to podcasts, spending time with family & friends, and aiming to not burn things in the kitchen.
