Biography
Harneet joined Mainsail Partners in 2026 as Vice President, Fund Accounting, leading the fund accounting function for Mainsail's investment funds and working closely with the Principal, Finance and the CFO.
Prior to Mainsail, Harneet was Vice President, Fund Accounting at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where she managed the fund accounting function. She previously worked at Bank of the West on CCAR reporting and brings extensive public accounting experience from Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton.
Harneet is a CPA licensed by the California Board of Accountancy and earned her Chartered Accountancy designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Outside of Mainsail, Harneet enjoys trying new restaurants, travelling, cooking and gardening.
