Biography
Hailey is a Talent Analyst at Mainsail Partners. She works closely with Mainsail's Talent Team to build out leadership teams (C-suite and Board level executives) for Mainsail’s portfolio companies.
Prior to Mainsail, Hailey worked at SPMB Executive Search where she was able to develop research skills in the GTM practice, market analysis, and data-driven talent strategies.
Hailey graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies, where she wrote her thesis “The Effects of Volunteer Tourism in Central America”.
Outside of Mainsail
Hailey enjoys going for walks with her two dogs Frank and Momo, knitting, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
