Garret is a Vice President at Mainsail Partners. He works closely with several portfolio companies and is responsible for originating, executing, and supporting investments. Garret currently serves on the Board of MirrorWeb, Red Oak Compliance, Apptega, and as a Board Observer of Boostlingo. In 2023, Garret also served as the Chief of Staff at Red Oak, where he helped the team integrate their first acquisition and accelerate their product strategy.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Garret was an Investment Banker at Vaquero Capital, where he advised on several M&A and capital raising transactions for B2B software companies.
Originally from the Seattle area, Garret graduated from the University of Washington, where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration (Finance). While at Washington, Garret was a team captain of the varsity soccer team and was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity.

Garret enjoys playing soccer, running, binging documentaries and podcasts, traveling, rooting on Seattle sports and Manchester City. His favorite thing is spending time with family, close friends, pets, and in nature.
