Emily is an Executive Assistant at Mainsail Partners. She is responsible for supporting senior and mid-level executives.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Emily held a variety of operational roles within the private equity, venture capital and real estate industries. Notably, Emily served as Director of Operations for The Agency, a boutique luxury real estate company based in Beverly Hills, CA, where she worked alongside the firm’s owners to expand globally and create operational standards for the start-up brand.
After spending almost a decade in Southern California, Emily moved to Austin, Texas at the end of 2020. She transitioned back into the private equity and venture capital industries, where she ran day to day operations and supported the CEO at Disruptive, a late-stage technology investment firm.
Emily graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University with a B.A. in Communications.
Outside of Mainsail
In her free time, Emily enjoys traveling, paddleboarding, design and architecture, and spending time with family and friends. She loves being by the water, spending her summers in Northern Michigan and exploring other international destinations. She has a passion for animals and has an 11lb rescue named Frankie.
