Biography
Elizabeth is Vice President of People at Mainsail Partners, where she leads the firm’s internal people strategy in support of Mainsail’s team and continued growth. She partners closely with firm leadership to strengthen leadership effectiveness, support managers through periods of change, and build practical people infrastructure that enables execution while reinforcing Mainsail’s culture and operating standards.
Elizabeth brings more than 15 years of experience across talent strategy, performance management, employee relations, and organizational change. She has held senior HR leadership roles at Weinstein Spira and previously supported fast-growing organizations at Noble Energy, Gemalto, and HomeAway.
Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a B.S. from Santa Clara University. She is based in Austin, Texas, where she lives with her three children and is an active member of the National Charity League.
Outside of Mainsail
Elizabeth enjoys quality time with her three children, Madeline, Hunter, and Holden. She also enjoys yoga, walking, and spending time at the beach.
