Biography
Elia joined Mainsail in 2025. She is responsible for supporting Partners in the San Francisco office and remote mid-level executives.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Elia spent almost 6 years at Kleiner Perkins, where she where she worked as an Executive Assistant providing support to various Partners. Before Kleiner Perkins, she spent multiple years supporting investment bankers at RBC Capital Markets, and prior to that she acted as the administrative coordinator for the Client Relations Group at Morrison & Foerster LLP.
Elia graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA with a Bachelor's in Fine Arts before returning to the San Francisco Bay Area to begin her career.
Outside of Mainsail
In her free time, Elia enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, being a Swiftie, and rooting for the SF Giants, 49ers, and Golden State Warriors. She loves spending time with her husband Justin, her family, friends, and her cat, Ava and dog, Sparky. She is always looking for her next adventure and once visited 5 countries in one year.
