Colten is an Associate at Mainsail Partners. He is responsible for sourcing, executing, and supporting new investments.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Colten was a Sr. Strategy Manager at Digital.ai in Dallas. While at Digital.ai, Colten worked across multiple facets of corporate development and operational strategy. Prior to Digital.ai, Colten was an Investment Banker at MHT Partners in Dallas. While at MHT Partners, Colten worked in the Business & Information Services group, advising on M&A and capital raising transactions.
Colten graduated from Southern Methodist University, where he earned a Master’s in Finance and a BBA in Finance from the Cox School of Business, and a BA in Applied Mathematics from the Dedman College of Humanities & Science. While at SMU, Colten played Division 1 soccer and worked as a graduate assistant for the athletic department.
Outside of Mainsail
Colten enjoys Sunday league soccer, plays the guitar and drums, takes trips to the dog park with his Shiba Inu, and spends time with friends and family.
