Biography
Charlie partners with sales leaders across the Mainsail portfolio to help strengthen their sales organizations and operations. His work includes developing outbound sales programs, adopting AI tools and workflows, advising on training initiatives, and coaching managers among other operational initiatives.
Prior to Mainsail, Charlie held individual contributor and sales leadership positions at a number of SaaS companies. Most recently, Charlie was the SVP Sales at Sourcescrub, one of Mainsail’s portfolio companies. Charlie also spent four years at SurveyMonkey primarily leading BDR teams and has held closing roles at companies like Wonolo and TechValidate (acquired by SVMK).
Charlie grew up in Weston, CT and graduated from Johns Hopkins University.
Outside of Mainsail
Charlie enjoys spending time with his girlfriend at Warriors games and enjoying the Bay area music scene. He especially loves playing his trumpet in a local band called Sally Mango.
