Apoorva is a Senior Talent Manager at Mainsail Partners. She works closely with Mainsail's Head of Talent and Talent Team to build out leadership teams (C-suite and Board level executives) for Mainsail’s portfolio companies. Apoorva is also responsible for talent benchmarking, executive assessments, HR KPI tracking and other cross-portfolio projects to help the talent team make strategic recommendations to Mainsail’s portfolio companies.
Prior to Mainsail, Apoorva worked at Accenture in an HR/Recruiting Rotation Program, where she was able to develop skills in process transformation, diversity recruiting initiatives, and data-driven talent strategies. Before that, she worked at Strive, a start-up that focused on management training and leadership development, where she helped build candidate communities from underrepresented minorities & women in technology.
Apoorva graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Psychology, where she was involved in pro-bono consulting, psychological research, and Greek life.

In her free time, Apoorva enjoys reading, dancing, working out, exploring new cafes in San Francisco, and spending time with her loved ones.
