Andrea is responsible for helping Mainsail Partners and its portfolio companies build their Revenue Operations functions, spanning such needs as CRM implementation to sales process design to customer health analysis.
Prior to Mainsail, Andrea built her career as a leader in Sales Operations with several VC-backed SaaS businesses in the Ag/ClimateTech industries. She has a M.S. in International Agriculture as well as B.A.s in Policial Science and History, all from the University of California, Davis.
Outside of Mainsail
Andrea grew up in Pleasanton, CA and currently lives in North Oakland with her long-time partner and their dog, Letty. Together they enjoy hiking, river adventures, and dispersed camping in the CA mountains.
