Austin, Texas – August 12, 2026 – Mainsail Partners is celebrating two internal promotions and 19 new teammates across its Investment, Growth, Finance & Firm Operations, and Product, Tech and AI Advisory teams so far in 2026 — marking a 25% expansion of the firm.
Promotions
Collin Riccitelli was promoted to Vice President on Mainsail’s Investment Team. Since joining Mainsail as an Associate in 2023, Collin has become a valued member of the firm, building relationships with software founders and sourcing new investment opportunities. Most recently, he served as Chief of Staff at Mainsail portfolio company FieldFlo, where he worked closely with the leadership team to support the company’s growth before returning to Mainsail as a Vice President.
Hannah Yerex was promoted to Senior Associate on Mainsail’s Investment Team. Since joining the firm as an Associate in 2024, Hannah has played an important role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investments while building strong partnerships with founders and portfolio companies.
New to Mainsail
We also welcomed 19 new Mainsailors across the firm so far in 2026.
Our Investment Team added Nina Christofilis and Chloe Harbilas both joining as Associates.
The Growth Team grew with Charlie Buffa as Vice President, Sales, Eddy Ekstrom as Vice President, Data Science, Kyle Young as Vice President, Revenue Operations, and Will Martin as Senior Manager, FP&A, alongside Connor Manion and Douglas Smith, who joined as Growth Managers.
Mainsail’s Product, Tech and AI Advisory group welcomed Rubens Basso and Prescott Nasser as CTOs-in-Residence. Both are former co-founders of Mainsail-backed companies. Josh Giglio and Kyle Ludvik also joined as Executives-in-Residence focused on Product. In addition, the Mainsail AI Labs team added Jorge Toro as AI Software Engineer.
On the Finance & Firm Operations side, Elizabeth Harkness joined as Vice President, People, and Zara Martin as Director of Administration. They’re joined by Conner Cook as Senior Accountant and Vincent Stevens as Senior IT and Security Engineer, along with Prabhjot Kaur as Compliance Manager and Kennedy Kindred as Administrative Assistant.
