Erin Sedloff, Chief Legal Officer at Mainsail Partners, has been named on GrowthCap’s Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing 2026 list.

Erin supports Mainsail on a wide range of legal matters relating to firm and portfolio company operations. In addition, Erin leads the Legal Center of Excellence on Mainsail’s Growth Team, providing hands-on support to portfolio companies in areas including strategic legal issues management and cross-functional matters such as privacy, HR, IP, and regulatory developments. Erin currently serves on the board of Centerbase, a legal practice management software company.
