The EMPOWER: Women’s Network is a community within the Mainsail Partners portfolio of software companies. Our purpose is to build a supportive community across Mainsail and its portfolio to EMPOWER and inspire through professional development, networking, and mentorship.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Individuals can join EMPOWER as soon as they begin working for Mainsail or a Mainsail portfolio company.

PROGRAMMING AND ACTIVITIES

We work to bring valuable, high-impact programming to our members that support professional development, network-building, and personal growth. Members can expect a mix of in-person and virtual events as well as other ongoing opportunities, including:

  • Virtual and in-person fireside chats on personal and professional development topics.
  • Regional dinners centered around a theme to encourage conversation and connections.
  • Active workshops from self-defense to negotiation techniques.
  • AI training and peer sharing on how members are putting AI to work.
  • Supporting local organizations and creating peer networking opportunities in our communities.
