The EMPOWER: Women’s Network is a community within the Mainsail Partners portfolio of software companies. Our purpose is to build a supportive community across Mainsail and its portfolio to EMPOWER and inspire through professional development, networking, and mentorship.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Individuals can join EMPOWER as soon as they begin working for Mainsail or a Mainsail portfolio company.

PROGRAMMING AND ACTIVITIES

We work to bring valuable, high-impact programming to our members that support professional development, network-building, and personal growth. Members can expect a mix of in-person and virtual events as well as other ongoing opportunities, including:

  • Peer Mentor Pods: Thoughtfully curated peer groups, based on function/role, of 4-5 individuals who meet monthly or bi-monthly.
  • Virtual Book Club: Series of virtual discussions on professional development based on pre-reading some of the most compelling books we recommend to leaders across our portfolio.
  • Fireside chats with CEOs and Board Directors.
  • Live/in-person meet-ups: Several times per year with a speaker or theme to encourage conversation, education, and connections.
