Mainsail initially assisted in a recapitalization of the business in conjunction with senior management and has continued to support the company to grow organically through the launch of new branches and services as well as in making strategic acquisitions. Professional Healthcare was acquired by Kindred Healthcare, Inc. in September 2011.
