Vice President of Business Development
Erica joined Mainsail Partners in 2020. She is responsible for managing Mainsail’s relationships with intermediaries and is actively involved in originating investments in software companies.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Erica was a Vice President of Business Development at Skyview Capital in Los Angeles, CA where she was responsible for building out their intermediary universe to source and qualify new investments in the lower middle market. Prior to Skyview, Erica worked with Diversis Capital, a private equity firm based in Los Angeles. Prior to Diversis, Erica began her career working in private equity at Marlin Equity Partners on their business development team.
Erica graduated from the University of California, San Diego where she earned an M.S. in Biology and a B.S. in Biochemistry & Cell Biology, cum laude.

Outside of Mainsail, Erica enjoys exploring the world with her husband and family, preferably by skiing, hiking, or scuba diving someplace new each time.
