Regina joined Mainsail in 2023, and is responsible for sourcing, executing, and supporting new portfolio investments.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Regina was an investment banker in the technology coverage group at RBC Capital Markets. While at RBC, Regina advised on a range of M&A and capital raising transactions for various technology companies. Previously, Regina worked in the Investment Banking Mexico coverage group at Barclays.
Regina graduated from the Tecnologico de Monterrey Institute in Mexico City, where she earned a BSE. in Industrial Engineering and Computer Systems. While at Tec, Regina participated in a local tutoring volunteering program called the Centro de Comunidad de Aprendizaje and studied abroad for a semester at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia.

Regina enjoys yoga, skiing, traveling, scuba diving and discovering new restaurants.
