Talent Analyst
Rachel joined Mainsail in 2023. She works closely with the Director of Talent and Partner/Head of Talent to help build out leadership teams (C-suite and Board level executives) for Mainsail’s portfolio companies.
Rachel also works with the Talent Partner to support and enhance Mainsail’s Leadership Acceleration Program (LEAP).
Prior to Mainsail, Rachel worked for Indiana University’s Athletic Department as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the IU Swimming & Diving Team. She coached the Indiana Diving Team which housed Olympic, World, NCAA, and Big Ten Champions and Medalists. She also supported the program’s efforts to identify and recruit junior talent to the team, as well as other administrative and operational duties.
Rachel holds a BA in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University, where she was a captain of the Swimming & Diving Team. She also holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Outside of Mainsail…
Rachel enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, listening to podcasts, and attending live music events. She also enjoys staying connected to and supporting the diving community.
