Emily Azevedo Named a 2024 Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A

Emily Azevedo, a Partner and the Head of Talent at Mainsail Partners, has been named to Mergers & Acquisitions 2024 Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A.

Emily and her team support Mainsail’s portfolio companies by partnering with founders and CEOs with the goal of recruiting, developing and retaining strong executive leadership teams and board directors. Emily currently serves on the board of Mainsail’s portfolio company, Extensiv.

Most recently, with the help of several other women from Mainsail and its portfolio, Emily launched Mainsail’s Empower: Women’s Network. The group unites over 230 women at Mainsail and within its portfolio companies with the mission to empower and inspire women through professional development, networking and mentorship. Empower has facilitated an Empowered Communication for Women workshop with over 200 participants and curated 25 peer mentorship pods that connect periodically to support one another.
