CEO Summit
Mainsail hosted our 5th annual CEO Summit in Napa Valley, CA, where 25 of our portfolio CEOs and board members gathered for two days of networking and knowledge sharing. The summit provided portfolio executives with the opportunity to swap ideas, test new concepts in small group settings, learn from industry trailblazers and, of course, enjoy beautiful Napa Valley.
Talent Summit
Mainsail’s Talent Summit was held in Charlotte at SentryOne’s new headquarters, where 16 HR and Talent leaders came together for two days to share insights, workshop new concepts, and network. Notable speakers were in attendance and covered topics on HR strategy, characteristics of high performing cultures and optimizing talent practices.
Product & Technology Summit
Mainsail hosted 33 leaders from its portfolio companies in San Francisco. This summit was planned to coincide with Mind the Product to give attendees the opportunity to hear from product thinkers from around the world. We complemented the public conference with content specific to Mainsail companies, providing a dive deep on how to plan and prioritize a roadmap and how to increase testing and experimentation before building.
