Biography
Jaleh joined Mainsail in 2025. She works directly with the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer supporting Mainsail’s compliance program.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Jaleh was a Compliance Associate at Carmel Partners. At Carmel Partners, her responsibilities included maintaining and reviewing the compliance program. Prior to Carmel Partners, Jaleh was a Senior Compliance Analyst at ICONIQ Capital where she provided support in maintaining and testing the compliance program with a specific lens in process improvement.
Jaleh has a B.S. in Economics from Saint Mary’s College of California.
Outside of Mainsail
In her free time, Jaleh can be found in the nearest bookstore finding the next best read, trying out new recipes, and embarking on adventures to explore nearby towns. She loves any excuse for brunch and cherishes spending quality time with family and friends.
