Biography
Hudson is an Associate at Mainsail Partners. He is responsible for sourcing, executing, and supporting new investments.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Hudson was an Investment Banker at Lazard in New York City. While at Lazard, he worked in both the Industrials and Technology groups, advising clients on M&A, capital raising, and other strategic transactions across a range of sectors.
Hudson graduated from The Ohio State University, where he earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the Fisher College of Business and a minor in Fashion Retail Studies from the College of Education and Human Ecology. While at Ohio State, Hudson competed as a Division 1 Saber Fencer and spent over a decade representing Team USA and later the Puerto Rican national team at international competitions.
Outside of Mainsail
Hudson enjoys professional sports photography—particularly soccer—and is passionate about hiking and traveling to explore new trails. He’s often accompanied by his Doberman, Ghost, and is always on the lookout for new adventures and experiences.
