As we approach the final stretch of 2022, we reflect on what Mainsail Partners and our portfolio companies have accomplished so far this year. During this period, Mainsail raised its sixth and largest fund at $915M to seek to continue our strategy of investing in growing, bootstrapped software companies led by dynamic founders and management teams. Our team completed six platform investments, six add-on acquisitions and two exits, expanded the Mainsail team with new hires and promotions, and supported our portfolio companies in their efforts to continue growth.
