Vice President of Product
Shannon joined Mainsail in 2023. He works closely with Mainsail’s portfolio companies to help build product strategies, roadmaps, processes, and teams.
Shannon started his career as a Product Manager at Google and later went on to run the Product function at multiple startups – some his own, some as an early hire. Most recently, he was Head of Product at Cloverly, a climate tech company. Before that, he ran Product at Pendo, a SaaS company building software for Product Managers.
Shannon has a BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an MS in Human Computer Interaction from Georgia Tech
Outside of Mainsail…
Shannon spends time with his wife and two boys. Together they enjoy exploring Georgia and beyond, watching and playing soccer, and finding ways to manage the hot Atlanta summer months.
