Vice President of Revenue Operations
Megan is responsible for helping Mainsail’s portfolio companies implement best practices and drive go-to-market efficiencies to support their growth, among other operational initiatives.
Prior to Mainsail, Megan implemented and scaled operations teams and processes in various software companies. Most recently, Megan was the Revenue Operations Lead for Health Insurance at Gusto, a VC-backed SaaS provider serving small businesses. Prior to Gusto, Megan spent four years as The Operations and FP&A Manager for Zen Planner, one of Mainsail’s prior portfolio companies. She has also worked as a licensed CPA for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC.
Megan earned a Master of Accountancy as well as a B.A. as a double major in Accounting and Marketing from The University of Kansas.

Megan enjoys quality time with her husband, two daughters and Labradors, exploring the Colorado Backcountry and woodworking/DIY projects.
