Senior Operations Manager
Jaclyn joined Mainsail in 2022. She helps create value for Mainsail’s portfolio companies through market research, product management, and go-to-market strategy, among other operational initiatives.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Jaclyn worked at Adobe as part of a Strategy and Operations team. At Adobe, she drove strategic analyses and managed cross-functional initiatives to improve sales and support operations. Prior to Adobe, Jaclyn spent several years as a consultant for West Monroe Partners supporting Salesforce implementation, CX transformation, and M&A projects.
Jaclyn graduated from Gonzaga University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance with minors in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Spanish.
Outside of Mainsail…
Jaclyn spends her free time running, hiking/backpacking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys exploring California’s outdoors and loves spending time at the beach.
