Operations Manager
Holly joined Mainsail Partners in 2021 and is responsible for working with Mainsail’s COO to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through project management, analytical, presentations, and communications support.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Holly worked for Stanford University Communication’s Digital Strategy team as a digital media associate. She managed a variety of multimedia campaigns and projects, producing content and managing social media and digital strategy for various schools, departments, and institutes across the university. She also assisted with PR, reputational management, insights and analytics, and crisis communications. Holly is also a professional photographer and produced many photography campaigns for the university. Prior to Stanford, she was a project management intern at wikiHow working across a variety of teams and worked in marketing at Lunyr.
Holly is a first-generation college alumna and graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Creative Writing.

Holly enjoys photography, creative writing, travel, working out, and exploring wineries.
