Operations Manager
Grace joined Mainsail in 2022. She helps drive value for Mainsail’s portfolio companies through product management, data analysis, and marketplace strategy, among other operational initiatives.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Grace worked on marketplace and tech strategy at Uber within the Uber Freight division. There she focused on post-acquisition integrations, including model development, strategic analysis, and implementing workstreams across the product, ops, and data science teams. Before Uber, Grace was a management consultant with Efficio.
Grace graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Neurobiology and a secondary in Economics.
Outside of Mainsail…
Grace spends her free time reading, working out, or exploring the Bay Area with friends. She enjoys landscape photography, DIY projects, and pestering her four brothers.
