Associate General Counsel
Erin is Mainsail’s Associate General Counsel. She provides support to Mainsail Management Company’s professionals on a wide range of legal matters relating to firm and portfolio company operations.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Erin was an attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, an international law firm, where she practiced in the Technology Companies Group helping startups and high growth technology companies successfully raise capital and build their business from formation through exit. Erin additionally advised high growth companies and investment firms on M&A, corporate governance, and corporate and securities law matters. Erin started her career as a litigator focused on commercial disputes.
Erin received a BA in Government and Philosophy from Claremont McKenna College and a J.D. from University of California Hastings College of the Law, where she was Editor in Chief of the West Northwest Journal of Environmental Law.
Outside of Mainsail…
Erin spends her free time with her two young daughters, husband and dog. She also enjoys running, kayaking, snowboarding, and spending time on the water.
